1. Use of the Service

By interacting with our WhatsApp bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The bot is intended to assist in insurance application and processing.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be the lawful owner or representative of any documents or data you provide.
• You must not upload false, fraudulent, or forged documents.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you provide.

3. Account and Identity

Since the service runs over WhatsApp, your identity is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. Any misuse from your number will be considered your responsibility.

4. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be updated, taken down, or modified without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mr Insurance is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from:

• Incorrect user submissions
• Service unavailability
• Delays from third-party insurance providers

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who abuse or misuse the bot, violate applicable laws, or breach these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Kenyan legal system.
